Executive Director - Holly Munter Koenig
Holly serves on Kellen’s Executive Committee and is also the Chief People Officer, responsible for the people & culture of Kellen. She is a highly skilled association leader who has spent the last three decades serving in various capacities of association management with a track record of leading high-performing teams and managing complex relationships, trade groups and professional societies. Holly has a long history with NYSAE as an active member, committee member and serving in various leadership roles, including the NYSAE Board of Directors.
Member Communications Coordinator - Kathryn Estrada
Kathryn graduated from James Madison University in 2022 after receiving her BS in Media and Arts Design and minoring in Sociology. During her time in college, she was a member of the Public Relations Student Society of America (PRSSA) and served as their Director for Professional Development as well as a member of the Gamma Phi Beta sorority where she held multiple leadership positions throughout her membership. Kathryn was also heavily involved in client and event management through her positions working in the University Career Center and a Campus Manager for University Tees. Kathryn is located in Washington, DC.
Group Vice President, Shared Services - Kim Chhabria
Kim Chhabria focuses on discovery, development and delivery of marketing and membership initiatives and overall strategies for NYSAE. In addition, sharing best practices and trends to foster growth and creativity. Kim brings significant experience in association marketing and management and has experience in creating and delivering strategies focused on member retention and acquisition, credentialing and educational courses, new product launches, and events.
Associate Account Executive, Marketing & Membership - Maryam Ismael
Maryam has been with Kellen for over 5 years. She has experience in association management, communications, and property management. She graduated from Virginia Tech in Blacksburg, VA with a BS in Communications. Maryam is originally from the D.C. area but relocated to the Atlanta area in 2018.
Association Controller - Matt Kupiec
Matt has extensive accounting and finance experience across several industries. Matt holds his MBA in Finance from Union Graduate College and a BA in Accounting & Management from Hartwick College, both in Upstate NY. Matt has been in the accounting field since college and has held titles as CFO and Director of Accounting. Currently Matt is an Association Controller with Kellen, overseeing the accounting for NYSAE and working closely with the NYSAE team to ensure the accurate and timely completion of financials and guiding the organization to a successful and profitable future.
Meetings Manager - Erin Bellotti
Erin is a Manager of Meetings and Expositions at Kellen with a decade-long journey in the world of event planning across diverse industries. With a wealth of experience under her belt, Erin is a detail-oriented individual who thrives on creating unforgettable experiences. She brings her passion for precision and excellence to every project she undertakes. From conceptualization to execution, Erin is dedicated to ensuring that every event surpasses expectations, leaving a lasting impact on attendees. Erin is located on Long Island.
Sales Account Executive- Bethany Garcia
Bethany joins the sales team at the Kellen DC office with over a decade of significant sales and lead generation experience. With her background in hospitality sales, she has worked with many associations and become familiar with their unique needs. Additionally, she holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from the University of Maryland, Global Campus. Bethany grew up in southern Maryland and when she is not working, enjoys taking long walks with her dog, reading, and spending time with her family.
